Zhejiang HongGuoCun Leisure Goods Ltd. was founded in 1995 in Yongkang, Zhejiang, China. It has restructured the enterprise to Hongguocun Group in 2014 after acquiring a well-known Scooter company as a new division, and opening an international trading firm as a subsidiary, named Fangyike Trading Ltd. As a subsidiary of HGC Group, HongGuoCun Leisure Goods Ltd. is a leading manufactory of home goods in China and in worldwide, mainly focusing on producing portable wardrobes, shoes racks and Garden greenhouses. With our mission of delivering great value to our customers via the combination of quality, price, service and innovation, we have built a very firm market relationship with our customers, and sold our products to multinational countries via Walmart, Tesco, Target, B&Q, Honeycando etc. Anticipating a good opportunity of potential growth and expansion for product mix, HGC Group acquires a sports equipment company which is well known by its specialized design and high quality of scooters. Established in 2001, with 15 years of experience and envision in the sport market, the scooter company is an expert. We are very confident that this new division will increase HGC Group's product mix, and provide more opportunity to grow in future. We also open an international trading company, Fangyike, as our subsidiary under HGC Group umbrella in Yongkang city, where is a manufacture and distribution center of hardware and software products. Fangyike starts with exporting household products as its first category. However, with huge demand of export from local business and price advantage for internal buyers, the subsidiary is seeking various categories and it has a promising growth in long run. During our 20-year history, HGC Group also has created a strong connection between suppliers and distribution channels. This provides us competitive advantage in supply and distribution. To date, HGC Group has a land field larger than 323,000 square feet with more than 500 workers in peak.
